CabMap

I've been mucking around with Google Maps. Normally I'm not a big blog-widget fan, however if there is one gadget suited to a cabbie blog it's a personalised map of my travels.

So, here's a map of my last two jobs this morning on the northern outskirts of Sydney. In the left hand sidebar, click 'Placemark 1' thru 'Placement 9', for the sequence of events depicting my travails trying to score a radio job headed home.

Here's another map with a video link (click Topanga) to one of the world's great driving roads. Hope you're having a relaxed and lazy Sunday.

UPDATE : Over the weekend a new pedestrian overpass was positioned across Epping Road at Lane Cove. Click sidebar link for image.

Driving down Topanga towards PCH. One of the nice areas of El Lay.

What a great idea plotting your travels on the google map, would love to see an entire shift!

Love the map - it adds a whole new dimension to the story. Can't wait to see more :)

Welcome to Adrian Neylan's blog of Sydney taxi stories.
