Garnaut
Thanks to Survivor Boy's patient tuition in the art of achieving a 90 per cent emission reduction, I can now confidently breast the bar and proudly declare, “No pots, pints, schooies, middies or ponies for me – make mine a garnaut !”

Of interest is United States Patent 4767640 which describes a Light stable hop extracts and method of preparation
A method of preparing anactinic hop extracts comprising three stages: pre-purification of a liquid CO2...
I don't know about you, but I want my hop extract prepared with CO2 extraction to isolate pure humulones or alpha acids!
Reduced isohumulones and non-isohumulone light unstable products (NILUPS) in acheiving an anactinic hop extract to prepare stable malt beverages is an issue of concern to all right-thinking persons!
Thank you.

Mystified by this three-line "Garnaut" blog, I clicked on the link -the Tim Blair article " Ross' Report Is A Lemon " is hilarious! The repeated, escalating references to lemons and batteries had me cackling, very funny stuff.
Thanks for the link, I'd never have seen the article otherwise.

This, for example, is one of the more frivolous of recent threads, though wisdom is in evidence as well.

He'll probably pay you in sea-shells or buttons, Rainer -just tip him out and write it off.. and check the back seat for soiling..
My God, I didn't realise the system would allow a comment of this length !! (see 100,000 words, above...)
I suggest he tries Quetiapine (Seroquel), start at 400mg at night, work up over the next few weeks to 200mg morning, 600mg at night -it can't hurt..
